IT Specialist Job at Nile establishment for international trade

Job Requirements:-

1- Able Maintain and support (AD, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, experience with Microsoft Windows Servers MCSA 2016.s

2- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues

3- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.

4- Responsible for PC’s, Laptops, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).

5- install and Configuration CCTV and attendance management.

6- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as.

7- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.

8- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.

9- Experience in using different desktop/laptop software support tools.

10- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management.

11- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues.

12- Excellent communication skills.

13- Good problem-solving skills

Qualifications:-

1- Bachelor’s Degree

2- 2 : 5 experience years
