Qualifications and Abilities

Bachelor degree in any Discipline,

MBA and/or Marketing Diploma is preferred

At least 10 years of experience in the field of Marketing in FMCG or Home Appliance

Clear vision to implement country specific goals with supervisory and leadership abilities

Excellent Planning and time management skills with strategic thinking and the ability to provide creative and innovative solutions

Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork abilities, combined with excellent communication and Presentation skills.

Interacts effectively across boundaries and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel

Excellent command of English language
