IT Customer Support Specialist
Bsc. In Computer Science or equivalent related degree. Development or Implementation.
Computer skills Advanced MS office and scripting are required.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral).
Strong interpersonal and Negotiation skills.

Minimum 0 to 3 years of Experience in Applications Support.
ORACLE environment (RDBMS Tools and Applications).
UNIX and Windows Operating systems.
Unix shell scripting Knowledge.
Development tools (Java Development or Object Oriented programming)
Good knowledge about Unix/Linux. Good knowledge about SQL. Good knowledge about Shell scripting. Good knowledge about any other programing language
Presentation skills. Technical Writing. Desirable: Project Management. ITIL Foundations. Leadership and Managing Others.
