Administrative Assistant ( receptionist) Job at  Zeta Pharma

Company Located in Nasr City with the following conditions:

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support

Organize and schedule meetings

Carry out administrative duties

Coordinate office procedures

Handle and perform office communications

Develop administrative systems to improve administrative efficiency

Greet and assist visitors to the office

Requirements:

Egypt resident

Relevant bachelor degree from a reputable university

Previous experience in similar position from 1-3 years

Knowledge of office systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent Typing Skills (English & Arabic) & Microsoft Office

· Female preferred
