About the Job
• Respectable about General ledger (GL), revenues and cost recording.
• Review contractor payments invoices or contractor payment requests/clearances
• Monitor and report the remaining funding available for projects
• Close out project accounts upon project completion
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Experience in the same position not less than 2 years..
• Hands-on experience in ERP.
• Previous experience in managing (AR, AP, Treasury, Taxation, and GL).
• V. Good command of English.
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Previous experience in the Real Estate is preferred.
