-Responsibilities:

·Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, Local Area Networks (LAN), and other systems.

· Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, printers, scanners, peripherals, etc..

· Maintain daily performance of computer systems.

· Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

· Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.

Years of Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience

Males only

Alexandria resident is a Must.

· BSC/BA in IT, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or relevant field.

. CCNA , MCSA knowledge

· Have 1-2 years of experience in similar position.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
