Job Description: The position involves replying to direct messages, comments and customer queries on social media, prepare reports on a weekly basis showing statistics, Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, handling queries of customers complains over social media, collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions, performing other duties when needed.
