with the following job scope:
-Dispatch all service requests immediately on Oracle system and on site parallel, follow actual closure with all sections as per our SLAs, a deep follow up on priority one and emergency cases, to reach the maximum rate of client’s satisfaction.
-Mange Service provider to achieve required quality / SLA, with corrective instructions from FM side, covering more than 90% of all the cases with service providers, which were received. In addition, review and track service provider’s contract by checking the availability of the man power in all fields day by day.
-Back experience in facility management. Preferred to be residential ones.
-Excellent communication in English.
-Previous Experience as Document Controller.
