Technical site engineer for at Position for a mega project

Position for a mega project is hiring in sharm elsheikh :

•Senior technical office engineers based in project location ( male or female )

” Architect or Interior or civil “ in finishing field specially :

- Prepare any finishing or constructions method of statements.

- Follow up and coordinate with design team .

- Coordinate on daily basis with subcontractors to assure info’s .

- Prepare RFI’s , MIR’s , IR’s and daily or weekly reports for consultant or client .

- Prepare any site temporary drawings related with approved packages .

- Release ongoing invoices or final invoices with QS and related drawings .

- Release as built drawings after handing over projects .

- Ability to release full quotations for projects and to make a full pricing with items breakdown .

- Also have a good knowledge with market’s material prices and contracting patch knowledge .

- Follow up with consultant for any inquiries .
