#Requirements:

 The requirement for support from the Supplier covers multiple countries. Overall management of the service provided by the Supplier will be performed in the UK. The Buyer will provide a local Service Management contact in the UK to provide a single point of contact for the Supplier.

 Incidents and requests will be passed to the Supplier via the Service Management tool – initially via the Customer’s HP Openview system which is expected to be migrated to the Buyer’s ISM tool. This migration may be delayed or postponed therefore the Supplier must plan to use the existing tool for extended periods of time and will need to pick up and manage incidents and requests using the system in use at the time.

 A number of the locations have been identified as Depot locations, which should have on-site support presence through all of the core supported hours. Detail of the onsite support staffing numbers will be listed later. Peripheral Support

 Printer support is at the Depot locations only.

 PDA support is excluded from this requirement, other than IMAC events for synchronization with PC devices
