Review company’s suppliers outstanding due balances on regular basis.

Review and book suppliers’ invoices, and ensure that all necessary documents are collected and archived properly.

Ensure that, suppliers’ payments are on time based on terms of payments.

Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for all suppliers.

Contacting with suppliers and answering them for any inquiring .
