Akher Saa is hiring Senior HR (Payroll and Personnel Specialist )
Job Requirements :
1- at least 2-5 years experience in personnel & payroll
2-Very Good command of English language
3- know the Personnel and Human Resources principles
4- excellent` skills in ( communication , organization , reporting )
5-excellent excel use
main job duties :
1-Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
2-Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips
3-Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
4-Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
5-Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties
6- Assist in Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions.
7-Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
8-Track employees’ absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
9-Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the Legal Affairs and implement the normal administrative
10-Receive ,review and audit the overtime sheets for drivers and KPI’s sheets for white-collars and send the final accordingly to Head of HR.
11-Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
