Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical scienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in Production preferable in multinational companyGood planning and coordination, problem solving and time management skills.Awareness of quality management system and GMPAwareness of all manufacturing techniquesGood Interpersonal and communications skills.Excellent command of English language.

Major Responsibilities Include

Set a reasonable and achievable schedule to secure market demands and achieve the production

plan.

Organize work requirements and keep the FLLs informed with the key and critical issues that

could affect manufacturing process.

Co-ordinate with the Production Manager to achieve the company strategic targets (production,

volumes, departmental capacity, maintenance schedule, and production flexibility).

Participate with the planner to arrange the monthly plan and the shop order flow pattern in

order to achieve the monthly plan and fulfil the commercial needs by attending MTD in a weekly

basis and Pre-supply review on a monthly basis.

Co-ordinate with Warehouse, Engineering, Procurement and Quality to sustain smoothing flow

of production without any interruptions.

Update and set a standard way of work by updating all SOP'S and batch records and all

documents that is related to the production processes

Maintain Environment, Health and safety Policies and Procedures during work.Manage and lead safety related requirements / living safety behaviors, risk assessments, MRA, Process safety risk...etc.Ensure compliance with all EHS local legislation, business group and ensure implementation of all EHS requirements and tools to keep an injury free work environment and keep monitoring all EHS activities.Decrease the yield variance and the product cycle time by establishing productivity measures and by improving the staff / machine productivity.
