We are looking for Account Executives & Managers to join the team!

Role (Executive level – 0-3 years of experience):

 Proactively seek new business opportunities with new clients and ensure maintaining relationships (and growing business) with current ones

 Lead client discussions to better understand business needs

 Prepare and review proposals that include campaign objectives, Campaign theme, BTL activity ideas, quotation and timelines

 Present proposals to client and follow up until closing deal

 Liase with the involved parties (graphic design team & operations team) to ensure output meets proposed specs and standard quality of deliverables

Role (Manager level – 4+ years of experience)

 Design and implement business development plan that generates company business

 Proactively seek new business opportunities with new clients and ensure maintaining relationships (and growing business) with current ones

 Lead client discussions to better understand business needs

 Prepare/review proposals that include campaign objectives, Campaign theme, BTL activity ideas, quotation and timelines

 Present proposals to clients and follow up until closing deal

 Supervise junior team members throughout project management process to ensure proper streamlining of process until deliverables are approved by client

 Ensure the team’s coordination with the involved parties (graphic design team & operations team) to ensure output meets proposed specs and standard quality of deliverables

 Coach junior team members and prepare development plans for them based on overall performance as well as strengths and weaknesses

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree

 Experience in advertising is preferable (a must-have on a senior level)

 Excellent English and Arabic

 Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Working hours: 10 AM to 6 PM

Location: Nasr City
