HR Recruiter

Tawzef, one of the biggest Recruitment Agencies in Egypt, is looking for a talented HR Recruiter (female) who has extraordinary multitasking and listening skills!

Location is in Nasr City, Cairo.

Job Description:

• Head hunt the needed and qualified candidates

• Profile the candidates competency mapping after matching with Planned

• Screen and select Resume to proceed with filling the opportunity

• Make interview with the candidates as per our clients request

• Approach and convince the best caliber for the client opportunities

• Follow up with the candidates and the client to the offer closing

• Identifying the qualifications/competencies for each Search assignment required

• Arrange with the client and candidate from receiving the request till closing the contract between them

• Any other related tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment

•Excellent in writing, reading and engaging an English conversation

• Excellent in using MS Office applications
