Front Office RAN Dispatcher Job at SKY Consultancy

Requirement:

o 0-1 experience in the telecom field, Fresh graduates are welcome

o Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field

o Good knowledge in GSM & WCDMA is a plus

o Java, SQL language or any programming language is a plus

o Very good English is written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring of RAN alarms (2G, 3G & LTE) of the network

- Dispatching of alarms to Field maintenance

- Escalation of alarms to 2nd level support

- Helping the team leader in the daily requests & reports
