About the Job:-
1- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
2-Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
3-Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations, and job classifications
Job Requirements :
2-Graduate of 2015 or more recent
3-Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
4-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
5-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6-Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
7-Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
