Urgent needed for The Egyptian Clothing Bank an HR Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
• Managing HR documents and assisting in the hiring process.
• Publish and remove job ads
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Organizing database, maintaining a filing system.
• Handles employees’ attendance, working hours, vacations & permissions.
*reponsible for S1 , S2 , S6 and all personnel operations
* can deal with insurance office & labor office
• Make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience. (Previous HR experience).
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Must have good knowledge of Labor Law
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Good command of English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
