Acts as an onsite resource in handling tactical and operational HR support in a variety of day to day HR activities.
Liaises with functional area managers to fulfill workforce plans that are appropriate for their business needs, within the organization’s overall recruitment strategy and guidelines.
Identifies the business account’s annual manpower needs, and maintains an updated organizational structure of the unit
Implements the Organization's Performance Management Systems for all business account employees
3 – 4 years of practical experience in HR field
General understanding of the fundamental practices and procedures of human resource field.
Ability to proactively prioritize and organize workload and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
