Senior Sales Executive Real Estate

Job duties

 Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target

 Actively prospects and acquires new accounts

 Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives

 Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service

 Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters

 Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking

 Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company

 Close the deal with the client

 Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers

 Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals

Job Requirements

2+ Years of experience in Real Estate

 Good communication & negotiation skills

 Presentable

 Flexible to work in New Cairo
