HR Specialist

-Requirements:

- Responsible for administering the payroll system

-Communicate with managers to resolve issues with

payroll

- Ensure all timecards are approved by the deadline

-Track reported issues with payroll system and work

with the vendor to have corrected

- Reconcile payroll records with approved timecards

- Process wage garnishment and other deductions

- Train managers and staff on the correct use of a payroll

system

--Qualifications:

- Real Estate Background

Payroll specific certification preferred

3 years of experience as an HR Specialist

- Superior attention to detail

- Proven track record of maintaining employee

confidentiality

- Experience with payroll systems

- Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
