Creative Director

Deep Advertising Agency located in Sheraton Heliopolis is looking for a creative director is to assist a team that may be composed of graphic designers, copywriters, or other creative professionals. They would be involved in every aspect of a collaboration from the idea phase to the execution.

Job Duties

Leading brainstorming sessions with creative teams

Supervising, pushing, and encouraging creative team

Overseeing daily tasks tied to creative production

Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment

Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team

Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals

Presenting drafts to the client or other stakeholders

Reviewing or assisting in developing service proposals

Meeting with management teams to determine need

Facilitating creative project kickoffs

Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients

Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions

Ensure all projects are on track creatively.

Preferable has Skills in graphic design with a good sense of layout best practices

A strong, decisive decision maker

Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash

Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media

Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
