Handle customer inquires, and complaint about the product and service through all channels

Promote the service through all channels voice and written

Ensure that procedures are followed and each customer receive high-quality service

8 working hours 9 AM – 10 PM.

The shifts are rotational and rotational days off

5 working days.

Location: Smart village in October
