Eagles Group is looking forward to hiring Recruitment Specialist

Core of Responsibilities:

• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites, and any other channels of sources.

• Using proper channels to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships

• Hand-On experience in massive recruiting of blue collars candidates.

• Headhunting -identifying and approaching suitable candidates as required.

• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree at any other relevant major.

• 3+ years of Experience in recruitment & mass hiring. (preferably in the Security field)

• Excellent command of English

• Excellent usage of MS Office

• Decision maker, problem-solving, and able to work under stress to meet the mass hiring process in a timely manner.

Work Conditions:

5 days/ week – 8 hours / day

2 days Off (Friday/Saturday)
