 Job description :

* Provide qualified candidates to meet department's hiring request through the annual manpower plan.

* Reform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant jop criteria. Using recruitment channels. 

* conducting the initial round of interviews & scheduling the shortlisted candidates

* Has the required knowledge in regards to performance management and appraisal for both white and blue collar

* Put the standard of the JD for all posts the in the company. 

 The requirements :

* Experience in recruitment process.

* 2 or 3 years of experience as a recruiter in food and beverage field.

* Work under deadline pressure.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* English language skills .

* Excel /word / powerpoint.
