About the job:
· Welcome visitors and Direct them to the appropriate person and office.
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
· Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
· Organizing company files
· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Keep updated records and files
· Provide management with daily reports.
· record all calls for the company and make a sheet by end of each day.
· Assist HR in giving the applicants the application form to fill it.
· Responsible about the work of the office boys and the cleaning of the office and be sure every day from the image of our company

· Experience from 0 to 2 years or fresh graduates is also welcomed.
· Multitasking and time-management skills
· Very good in English, speaking, and writing
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Living in New Cairo, Maadi, Katameya, Madinat Nasr, Sheraton, and nearby areas' residents are preferable.
