- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard .
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs .
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating .
- Preparing and presenting social insurance requirements.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations .
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed
job descriptions Requirements:
- Experience: 2 - 5 years as an HR Specialist
- age : 23 to 30 years old
- Graduated only
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role .
- Sound judgement
- University Degree
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
