  5. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  6. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
  8. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  9. Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and order new items
