Personnel_Section_Head is needed for a well Known Security Services Company.
Job Description:
Handling and supervising all personnel activities and Policies.
Responsible for supervising of the staff of personnel department.
Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfer, etc. in order to ensure accurate database and maintaining personnel files.
Supervise and review monthly payroll calculation and processing.
Provide monthly reports on issues related to payroll processing and calculation.
Responsible for monthly Payroll Tax and Social Insurance payments on related to the clients.
Reviewing and signing all documentation and communication with the social insurance office and assuring compliance with athe legal and government regulations.
Ensuring that all archiving process is set and running according to the policy.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
At least 5 years’ experience
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Male
