Experience: 3-5 years
The main responsibilities:
Follow up medical Insurance issues ex. (claims, approval requests etc.)
•Update Vacation balance on a daily basis
•Ensure that each employee has a complete file and communicate to employee if anything is missing.
•Follow up the attendance of employees and extract the required reports from the Finger Print on a monthly basis.
•Control and maintain the finger print attendance machine.
•Responsible for updating personnel database.
•Revising overtime and sending monthly report for payroll processing.
•Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
• Prepare social insurance records and maintain employee’s files and ensure fully meeting the requirements.
•Follow up the recruitment process with new candidates and review the required documents.
•Responsible for Social Insurance forms 1, 2 & 6 - company mobile lines and searching for better offers.
•Prepare necessary documents and contracts.
•Handle and Follow up with medical insurance companies.
