A HR specialist (female only)

A HR specialist (female only) is required to work in a software company in Al-Haram

Work requirements:

1- Experience in the field from 2 to 5 years

2- You are a resident of Faisal or Al-Haram

3-Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.

4-Arranging training induction sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.

5-Assisting managers with staff requirements.

6- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.

7- Perform any other tasks requested by management.

8- OD Functions (prepare Organization Charts - Job Analysis - KPI's)
