-Create and publish employment Ads in various portals internally and externally.
-Work to head hunts the candidates from the same field.
-Screen resumes and job applications.
-Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
-Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
-Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
-Host and participate in job fairs.
-Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
-Send job offer emails and answer inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
-Maintain employee records and Hiring documents.
-Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
-Conduct exit interviews, prepares exit reports.
-2 : 3 Experience as a Recruitment Specialist (white &blue)
-Specific (White collar).
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English.
