MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
- Recruits, guides, trains and manages his/her team
- Is Responsible for security, safety controls and procedures
- Develops sales and acts as an example for the team
- Analyse weekly KPI’s and implement corrective actions accordingly
- Improves the store attractiveness (merchandising, commercial operations)
- Is Responsible for the P&L of the shop (at minimum turnover and margin), decides and implement action plans when needed
- Makes regular financial reporting to his/her Manager.
- Proposes improvements to his/her Manager (Assortment, Services, Price policy…)
- Develops local relationships (neighborhood shops, mall administration)
- Improves one’s knowledge through regular updating (training on products and methods).
