Schedule:Part time Job based in flexible arrangements.(Remotely-2 days at office)
-Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports.
-Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
-Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
Help prepare for meetings.
-Follow up with the monthly payments and the invoices.
-Prepare presentations materials.
-Organize and maintain the office filing system.
-Provide general administrative support.
* Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
* Well Command of English.
* Excellent MS Office knowledge.
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
