About the Job :
- Provide technical support for all Fawry products on both staging and production environments.
- Provide operations support coverage, work with incident management and other support teams to address tickets/issues on time.
- Provide assistance to internal teams for banking products and E-wallets.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent knowledge of DBMS,XML and web services is a must.
- Experience & understanding of Web and Mobile applications development.
-Demonstrated Knowledge of SOAP-UI.
-Familiar with Testing and UATing.
-Excellent knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
-Has experience engaging in discussions about technical subjects and confidently deliver technical presentations to a wide array of audiences with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Proven experience to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources.
- Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
