Assist in the recruitment cycle starting from the recruitment request till hiring.
conduct employee on boarding.
conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees turnover.
Undertake tasks in performance management.
Assist in maintaining and developing attendance system and time keeping records.
Generate monthly report of attendance requests and deductions.
Track and maintain documentation of employees.
Develop,track and update employees' database with new hires and resignations.
Meet and greet visitors and company clients.
Organize and attend meetings and take dictation and minutes.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Organize the office layout and order stationary and equipment.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
HR certificate or diploma
Experience 0-1 years in the same role
Excellent interpersonal skills
very good command of the English language
October and Zayed residents are preferred.
