About the job
- Play as a link between management and employees
- Administer recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance management & exits processes
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Build the needed people policies and ensure implementation
- Develop people-related reports
- Deliver training as per the training plan
- Manage the HR budget and develop related analysis
