The Charter of the SPL Program Management team is to accelerate program & project success, driving consistency & efficiency across all products and solutions, in order to improve our customers’ and partners’ experience with Dell EMC products and solutions. We also are responsible for orchestrating leadership communications.

We are seeking program and project managers who demonstrate excellent project management skills, an ability to lead projects and complete them on time. The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and provide leadership in helping the team to define and achieve the goals and objectives for defined programs and projects.

Primary Responsibilities

Leads and manages multiple programs, projects and initiativesDrives the creation of cross-functional teams; then facilitating, coordinating and leading these teams to achieve the goals of the program/projectOrganize and facilitate project planning, seeking buy-in from key stakeholders on program goals and objectivesEstablish regular cadence and status, updating and communicating program plans, tasks, milestones areas of risk, risk mitigation plans, etc. on a consistent basis. This includes establishing and updating each program’s InsideDell page, providing transparency in communications with program constituentsIdentify and remove impediments, prevent distractions. Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution in an amicable mannerKEY SKILLS

Program / Project Management skillsPrevious experience or interest in learning how to successfully drive technical solutions and release plans across Engineering teams and stakeholdersAbility to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup from project inception through completionExcellent communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to persuade and influence a diverse groups of stakeholdersExcellent planning, time management, prioritization and organizational skillsHigh attention-to-detail and ability to see the big pictureStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Financial and analytical skillsCustomer and partner focusedEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years relevant experience

BA or equivalent college degree

PMP or equivalent certification or plans to attain this certification a plus
