Gender: Male or Female

o Experience with 3D software is a must.
o Ability to conduct detailed working drawings is a must.

• Ability to conduct quantity surveying.
• Good level of English.
• Present ability.

Technical requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of 3D studio Max
• Advanced knowledge of vary-material, lighting, texturing and rendering
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop - creating textures and post work and presentation.
• Advanced Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good organizational and file hierarchy skills
• Knowledge of Revit.
• General knowledge of Microsoft office
