شرح مهام الوظيفة

Welcoming visitors by greeting them
 - Receiving calls, taking messages and following up
 - Monitoring logbook
 - Handling a variety of administrative duties that keep the office running smoothly
 - Filing and documentation
 - Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders
 - Support in organizing events when and if needed
 - Coordinate public relations work when and if needed

Qualifications - Bachelors Degree - 0-2 years of experience - Strong command of both written and spoken English and Arabic - Excellent organizational and administrative skills - Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word - Strong filing skills - Strong communication skills - Hardworking and committed


Compensations Days Off: Friday, Saturday
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
