Manufacturing Engineering Manager, 10th of Ramadan- Egypt

Member of the plant Management team and reports directly to the Plant Manager , leads and directs the maintenance , Green spirt and process teams . The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the manufacturing engineering function to  achieve efficiency and effectiveness of all manufacturing equipment and process required to manufacture a high quality product in a cost effective manner , ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively .     A REGULAR DAY AT WORK  Manages, Organizes and Prioritizes the activities of the ME Team to maximize manufacturing support and interaction with other stakeholders in Quality , production and supply chain functions.   RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL BE HAVING Develops and leads manufacturing engineering activities to improve the use of machinery (OEE) and reducing cycle time. Lead improvement of manufacturing processes in the plant studying products and manufacturing methods. Drive continuous improvement in conversion cost as measured by company KPIs. Improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency by analyzing use of work force, Space requirement and layout across operations in the plant. Drive local plans to reduce energy and water consumption, also by introducing new company standard. Confers with plant management and central ME regarding manufacturing capabilities, production plans and other considerations to facilitate production process. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Develops plant operation budgets and Capex plans in cooperation with Central ME. In charge of plant infrastructures and facilities projects (Fire Protection, Safety, property protection and security). YOU Result oriented. You take ownership to deliver results. You value being one step ahead.   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree in Engineering ,  Preferred in Mechatronics , Electrical or  Mechanical Major Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment ( solid experience in Maintenance function is a must) Experience of leading multi-function team is a must Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment Project Management Experience Very Good English Commands
