Job Purpose

Industrial-

This Job is to ensure high level of efficiency and effectiveness of Industrial & Capex controlling in terms of monitoring Capex spending and production efficiency and control the spare parts inventory

Spending and month end reconciliation.

SSD-

Provide key support for the Both Factories ( Obour & Halayeb ) in SSD controlling and analysis including Rolling Forecast & Strategic planning - working closely with SSD Team & Finance Operation Controller.

Main Accountabilities

Ensuring the company’s accounting procedures are in place and in line with the relevant policy and procedures

Also ensure reliability forecast for SSD

A-Industrial-

Partner to the plant manager in driving factory results and productivity and CAPEX Spending management

Production losses control-

Preparing production losses tracking with identifying the root cause of the losses based on the concept of standard costing.Work as a business partner with Industrial team to support them to have better performance

& reduce the level of Raw & Pack material losses and FG loses as well “ Contamination” .

Ensure accurate results of losses and create a simulative sheet for material losses.Prepare protein and fat mapping to keep track on their losses.Responsible for monitoring the budget productivity of material losses.

Capex control

Tracking Capex spending on weekly basis and reconciling it with the accounting department.Monitor the Capex spending versus budget.Responsible for Capex closing and ensure properly closure in the fixed asset register.Responsible for fixed asset physical count and tagging according to the company’s fixed asset policies

Spare parts inventory control

Ensure incoming spare parts are received and managed appropriately according to companyprocedure.Conducting physical counts for inventorial items on yearly basisSpare parts spending by cost center.Monthly reconciliation with accounting.

B-SSD-

Prepare Weekly Milk Cost report and compare it with RF & PY.Manage closely with Milk & Upstream team to make sure that milk cost is optimizedManage with ECO System team (CARE – Paris – CBU) to make sure that all funds are manage well and the poor farmers get all benefits .Train and visit all MCC’s ( 16 Location ) and review all the P&L’s for themPrepare PPV and compare it with RF & PY.Manage with R&P team to get the best prices with the best payments termsPreparation Dairy & Cheese Cost of materials on a monthly basis to support CBS team during the monthly closingPrepare Material Variance Analysis Report Monthly , Quarterly and Yearly for both entities Full responsibility of Quarterly & monthly Operation Part for SSD

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting major or Economics. From 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, planning or relevant field. Personal Competencies Crossfunctional relationship, Analytical thinking, Strategic thinking and ability to work under stress. Functional Competencies Excellent command of MS Office. CMA / CPA is a plus.
