Hill International is seeking for a new Project Management consultancy project to a hydrocracking complex in Egypt:

Quality Manager (QM HCR 2017)

Project Location: Egypt

Project Duration: 48 months

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Planning/Cost Control/Financial issues during the early work contract and EPC contract.

2. Manage and attend the OBE K.O.M.

3. Review all OBE activities to assure compliance with the OBE procedure and its addenda.

4. Review the EPC Contractor Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to assure compliance with the contractual scope of work to be used while preparing the total Project scope,

5. Project coding, Project Schedules and cost reporting.

6. Review EPC Contractor proposed measurement weight factors.

7. Review the EPC Contractor work schedule and ensure that he sequence and logic used is correct for engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance tests.

8. Review, monitor and control costs, schedules, deliverables, programs, progress and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor Engineering Degree Bachelor Engineering Degree,

2. Quality Assurance / Quality Control training and certifications from professional organizations

3. Wide working knowledge of PMC flow of work, QA/QC experience of similar Projects, QA/QC of Construction Site activities.

4. Minimum 20 years of experience with at least 10 years in Oil and Gas projects including hydrocracking plant

5. Excellent command of the English Language
