with 6 or more years of working experience with Nokia equipment performing network and KPI optimization including 3 years with GSM/WCDMA and 3 years with LTE network

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 6 or more years of working experience with Nokia equipment performing network and KPI optimization including 3 years with GSM/WCDMA and 3 years with LTE networks in order to support following activities:

• LTE to IRAT carriers strategy planning and optimization.

• LTE Multiple carriers management.

• NSN features implementation and parameters fine tuning including that of releases 10 and 11.

• Very good troubleshooting skills.

• KPIs and objectives definition.

• KPIs Monitoring and reporting.

• Physical parameters planning and optimization.

• Good follow up on Drive test activities.

• Performance Analysis.

• Traffic and Capacity Optimization.

• Parameters Configuration and optimization.

• Neighbors Optimization.

• NetAct, BTS Manager, Planeditor, emil and NSN traces analysis experience.
