HR Shared Services Specialist (French Speaker Only)

Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers and HR to provide service delivery by creating a positive customer support experience through problem understanding, communicating promptly on progress and engaging customers with a courteous and professional attitude.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree - Excellent French and English spoken and written

0-2 years of working experience in shared services environment preferred

Working experience in call center operations would be a plus
