Product Owner

Job Summary

The Product Owner is accountable for the product and its features in terms of design, usability, quality, and delivery; work with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure that business quality and functional goals are met with each product release.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Product Development team to meet objectives within the set turn-around time Manage and couch Product Development team members to achieve professional and technical growth Understand customer needs and competitors’ advantages and make recommendations for the management Break down features, themes, and logics into components small enough to be achieved in a single sprint Convey the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every release or sprint and keep an eye on its progress for any required iteration Create and maintain the product backlog through prioritizing and sequencing its elements according to business need, value, or ROI Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and top management to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle Participate in the daily updates meetings as well as sprint planning meetings Communicate product status, both internally and externally Ensure implemented product features add value to end users and increase company returns

Qualifications & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems 4+ years of experience in a related position Software Development or Business Analysis background is a must Excellent command of English

Compensation

Monthly gross salary offered for this position is in the range of 15,000 EGP–20,000 EGP
