Section Head of Tendering Department
🛠️ Experience: 8-10 years as a Tendering Engineer (work in a contracting company is required).

Team Leader of Tendering Engineer
🛠️ Experience: 4-7 years as a Tendering Engineer (work in a contracting company is required).

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary projects such as civil construction, high-end finishes (fittings), infrastructure, and large-scale projects.
• Proven knowledge of the market, subcontractors, and material pricing.
• Excellent knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD or similar.
• Strong communication and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
