[ Oryx Construction ] is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing and upcoming projects.

 Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and quantify materials and works for architectural and structural elements as per drawings and specifications.
Generate periodic reports on completed and remaining quantities.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and monthly project statements.
Coordinate with site engineers and the technical office.
Review and verify executed work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum of [ 1 ] years of experience in quantity surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity take-off software such as Planswift or Bluebeam.
Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
