RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

You will be part of the HR team of “Philip Morris Misr” and will report to the Manager MOD. As a Supervisor MOD you will support the Manager MOD to execute, plan, initiate the different MOD pillars.

More specifically you will support Manager MOD and HR Director to develop and implement talent management activities and organization development strategies.

in line with EEMA & local MOD strategic priorities set by MOD Manager, plan, deliver & follow up all actions in that regard.

support the implementation of regional/global MOD initiatives ensure proper coordination with selected providers of locally organized trainings including local specific processes.

coordinate annual training process including training needs analysis, training guidelines, training preparation, monitoring ensuring KPIs are met.

supervise the enrollment and nominations to local trainings ensuring the KPIs are met.
