Technical Team Leader
 
Job Location  : El-Mokattam, cairo.

Employment Type  :  full Time Employee
Working Hours : from 9 : 5 
2 days off

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers across multiple projects
• Review, supervise, and validate architectural designs and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support BIM implementation and ensure model accuracy (BIM IS PLUS ).
• Oversee design phases from concept development to construction documents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools
• Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and design quality
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and mentor junior team members
• Strong communication and presentation skills
